The Mirror Program
The Mirror Program is the framework through which Women United delivers services and support to the individuals and families we serve. Regardless of their circumstances, background, or where they are in life, we meet them where they are and connect them to the resources and opportunities they need to move forward. We have identified five essential areas of support that work together to help individuals overcome barriers, build stability, develop life skills, and achieve and maintain long-term independence and success. These areas are available to all participants, with support tailored to each person's individual needs and goals.

Who we serve
Women United serves youth, young adults, men, women, and families facing barriers to safe housing, stability, and independence. This includes individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, veterans, returning citizens, at-risk youth, and single-parent families.
Regardless of their circumstances, all participants enter through the Mirror Program, our accountability and personal development program. It provides the foundation for each participant's journey, establishing expectations, encouraging personal responsibility, and promoting accountability as they work toward their individual goals. Through this approach, we help individuals move beyond immediate challenges and build a foundation for lasting stability and independence.
